Born in 1990 in Antalya into a farming family, Ali Ceylan is today one of Türkiye's leading entrepreneurs in e-export and logistics technology. As the founder and CEO of ShipEntegra, he brings technology and logistics together to build solutions that help more than 100,000 businesses reach global markets faster, more efficiently and at lower cost.
Ali Ceylan began his entrepreneurial journey at university, while studying Software Engineering at Bahçeşehir University with a double major in Mechatronics Engineering. After developing software for a company selling to the United States, he soon began running his own e-export operations. The high shipping costs and manual processes he faced while selling online from Türkiye to the US led him to tackle a major problem in the industry. A simple tool he built to eliminate the minutes of paperwork each order required gradually grew into a comprehensive logistics technology platform.
In 2019, Ali Ceylan founded ShipEntegra, creating an innovative infrastructure that lets exporting businesses manage shipping, customs and orders from a single place. In the company's early days, he visited customers in person and onboarded more than a thousand sellers himself. Growing rapidly during the pandemic, ShipEntegra has become a pioneering technology company with strategic integrations with the world's largest marketplaces, including Amazon, Etsy, eBay and Walmart. Managing operations for brands selling from Türkiye to the world, the company now serves more than 100,000 customers with a team of 162 people.
Having led ShipEntegra's growth for more than six years, Ali Ceylan aims to strengthen the global competitiveness of small and medium-sized businesses in particular, through innovative solutions in logistics, customs and international shipping. Under his leadership, ShipEntegra, known for its work in multi-marketplace order management, competitive shipping solutions and operational efficiency, received the Deloitte Technology Fast 50™ award in 2022, and Ali Ceylan was named "Fastest Growing Entrepreneur" in 2024.
Today, with a vision that brings technology and logistics together, Ali Ceylan continues to help ventures from Türkiye grow on a global scale.
